Pancakes under a fur coat: how to serve a traditional dish in an unusual way
Pancakes have long been a familiar dish for many Ukrainians. There are many ways to serve them. There are pancakes with sour cream, pancakes in a pot, pancakes with bacon.
But today we're going to tell you about pancakes under a fur coat, which are simply impossible to refuse. The recipe for this dish was shared on Instagram by food blogger Anna Fil.

Ingredients
- Pancakes
- Boiled chicken fillet
- Fried mushrooms
- Cream
- Hard cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
How to cook
1. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and fry in a pan until golden brown, add salt, pepper and your favorite spices.

2. Add boiled chicken fillet, cut into pieces, grated cheese and cream.
Add cream and stew.

3. Simmer for a few minutes under the lid closed.
4. Put the ready-made pancakes in a baking dish.
5. Top each pancake with stewed mushrooms and chicken, sprinkle with cheese and cover with foil.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.

6. Put them in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
