Pancakes that never tear: what to add to the dough
Pancakes can be made with milk, whey, kefir, and even plain water. And the texture is completely different. But if you want your products not to tear, add one very simple but effective ingredient to the dough.
The idea of making pancakes with milk that never tear was published on the life_is_a_moment Instagram page. According to this technology, you need to add just a little baking soda to the pancake batter.
Ingredients:
- wheat flour – 2/3 cup
- milk 3,2% or 0 – 4,4,5 liters
- butter – 20-25 grams
- sunflower oil for frying
- sugar – to taste
- salt – to taste
- baking soda – 0.3 teaspoons
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all dry ingredients.
2. Melt the butter and then pour the milk into the container.
3. Stir the dough with a whisk or fork.
4. Heat the frying pan, grease it with vegetable oil, and pour the dough with a ladle.
5. Fry for about 2 minutes over low heat. A golden crust should form.
