Omelet in a new way: how to prepare a delicious dish without milk

An omelet is a very simple egg dish that is ideal for a hearty and delicious breakfast. It can be cooked in different ways: in an oven, a microwave, a frying pan or steamed. It can also be made with fresh vegetables, mushrooms, herbs, or cheese as a filling.
Food blogger Halyna (reeixit) shared an omelet recipe on her Instagram page. The dish is made with kefir and a filling. When ready, it looks something like lazy khachapuri.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- kefir - 280 ml
- flour - 200 g
- baking powder - 0.5 tsp
- salt, pepper
- oregano/Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
Hard cheese and tomato to taste.
Method of preparation:
1. Firstly, you need to mix all the ingredients one by one. Mix everything with a whisk until smooth. The mass should be thick, like sour cream.
2. You also need to immediately prepare the ingredients for the filling: cut the tomato into half rings and cheese into thin slices.
3. Pour the pancake batter evenly into a preheated and oiled frying pan. Immediately put the filling on one half of the pancake and sprinkle it with spices. Wait about 1 minute for it to brown slightly on the bottom.
4. Then cover the filling with the other half of the pancake. Cover and fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
5. Turn the omelet over and fry for another 2 minutes. The dish is ready!
