Ingredients for 1 cup
- oatmeal - 1 tbsp.
- chia seeds - 1 tbsp
- vegetable coconut drink - 150 ml
- maple syrup or honey - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation
1. Put oatmeal on the bottom of the glass.
2. Add chia seeds and mix the dry ingredients well.
3. Add maple syrup or honey to taste. You can also use other sweeteners.
4. Pour coconut milk over the mixture (you can other milk to taste, as well as kefir or yogurt).
5. Leave in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, add your favorite fruits and berries.
