Nutritious lentil roll: any filling will do
Lentils are a very nutritious grain that is often used to make soups. There may be no meat in the dish, but if there are lentils, it will be very satisfying. This product can also be used to make a delicious roll, for which any filling is suitable.

Ingredients:
- lentils - 3 tbsp.
- water - 150-200 ml
- eggs - 1 pc.
- flour - 2 tbsp
- Ghee for frying
Ingredients for the filling:
- cream cheese
- tomato
- dill
Method of preparation:
1. Soak lentils in water overnight or two hours before cooking in a ratio of 1:1.
2. Beat in a blender with water.
3. Add egg and flour.
4. Beat well again.
5. The consistency of the batter should neither be too thick nor too liquid.
6. Pour into a preheated frying pan greased with Ghee and fry on both sides.
