  • avocado
  • cream cheese
  • lightly salted salmon
  • sesame seeds
  • bread, dried on a dry pan
  • salad mix
  • cherry tomatoes
  • nuts
  • parmesan cheese
  • pomegranate sauce
  • egg

Method of preparation

1. Cut avocado in half, remove the pit and cut into cubes.

2. Cut lightly salted salmon into cubes and put them in a deep bowl together with the avocado.

3. Add cream cheese and mix.

5. Put a piece of bread on a dry frying pan and spread the mixture on it.

6. Spread salad mix on the side of the plate and sprinkle with nuts and grated Parmesan cheese.
