Ingredients
- Minced meat - 800-900 gr
- Mushrooms - 200 gr
- Green onions - 1 bunch
- Breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Water - 250-300 ml
- Paprika - ½ tsp
- Dry garlic - 1 tsp.
- Oil - 1-2 tbsp
- Salt
- Pepper
- Greens - for serving
Method of preparation
1.Add the breadcrumbs, paprika, dry garlic, salt, pepper, and chopped green onions to the minced meat. Mix everything well.
2. With wet hands, form the meatballs and fry them in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil until golden brown.
3. Cut the mushrooms into convenient pieces and fry in the same pan as the meatballs.
4. Prepare the filling. Mix the flour with sour cream, water, salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
5. Put the meatballs on the mushrooms fried in the pan and pour the filling over them.
6. Stir and bring to a boil over low heat. Let it boil for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh greens and serve.
