Lazy strudel for tea without rolling out the dough: what to make

Strudel is a dessert that is suitable for any occasion. And it is not necessary to knead the dough for it. For the base, you can choose ready-made phyllo dough, which is sold in any store.
The idea of making a lazy strudel with phyllo dough was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname tastystories.feed. It takes a maximum of 30 minutes to bake.
Ingredients:
- phyllo dough 9-12 sheets (for 3 strudels)
- apples - 4 pcs.
- pear - 1 pc.
- raisins - a handful
- walnuts - two handfuls
- sugar - 100 g
- butter - 50 -100 g (for greasing the baking sheets)
- cream cheese - 50 g (can be left out)
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and core and peel the apples and pear.
2. Cut into small cubes.
3. Toast the nuts in a dry frying pan.
4. Boil the raisins with boiling water for 5 minutes to make them soft.
5. Combine the fruit, nuts, raisins and sugar.
6. For 1 strudel, use 3 or 4 sheets of phyllo dough.
7. Put 1 sheet of phyllo dough on top.
8. Brush with melted butter.
9. Put another layer on top and spread it with butter. Spread the third layer with cream cheese, if desired.
10. Grease the top sheet with butter and halfway put the fillings.
11. Wrap it up.
12. Put on parchment and brush with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
13. Bake for 30 minutes at 170 degrees.
