Lazy cabbage rolls in sauce: no need to steam or wrap anything

Cooking traditional cabbage rolls is a rather lengthy process. You need to steam the cabbage, cut off the excess, make minced meat, wrap it in leaves, and simmer it for more than 40 minutes. Thus, if you want to save time, you should use a lazy alternative to this dish.

Ingredients:
- cabbage - 300 g
- carrots - 1 pc
- onion - 1 pc
- rice - 1 cup
- minced meat - 350 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- salt, pepper, spices - to taste.
Ingredients for the sauce:
- cream 15% - 300 ml
- ketchup - 3 tbsp.
- boiled water - 100 ml
- herbs.
Method of preparation:
1. Stew onions, carrots and cabbage until half cooked.
2. Boil rice until half cooked.
3. In a large bowl, mix the cabbage, rice and raw minced meat.
4. Make meatballs with wet hands.
5. Prepare the sauce: mix cream, ketchup and water and pour the sauce over the meatballs.
6. Put in the oven at 180 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
7. Add herbs.
