Making classic home baked goods is a rather lengthy process. Most of the time it takes to prepare the dough. But if you need to make a dessert very quickly, use a phyllo.
The idea of making a lazy apple pie without rolling out the dough was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Diana Domovych (diana.domovych). You can buy the base at any store.
Ingredients:
- 200 g filo dough
- 90 g of butter
- 1 small apple
- 2 eggs
- 70 g of sugar
- 120 g of sour cream
Method of preparation:
1. Defrost the dough and brush each sheet with melted butter.
2. Roll into an accordion and put into the mold.
3. Spread butter on top.
4. Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
5. Peel the apple and cut into thin slices.
6. For the filling, mix eggs, sugar and sour cream, stir.
7. Take the dough out of the oven, put apples between the sheets.
8. Add the filling and put in the oven for 30 minutes.
