Khachapuri with cheese in a skillet in 15 minutes: the dough is cooked on kefir

Khachapuri is a delicious and flavorful Georgian pastry that comes in many shapes and forms. One of the options is lazy khachapuri, which is cooked in a pan. For this recipe, it is worth making a thin dough with kefir or using ready-made dough.
One of the blogs (lel.cheese) published a recipe for khachapuri with cheese on Instagram, based on kefir dough. You don't need to bake the pastries in the oven – just fry them in a pan.
Ingredients:
- kefir – 200 ml
- flour – 400 g
- eggs – 1 pc.
- mozzarella – 200 g
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
- salt – 1/2 tsp.
- baking soda – 1/2 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix kefir, egg, salt and baking soda. Stir with a whisk.
2. Add vegetable oil. Mix well.
3. Add the flour. Knead the dough.
4. Grate the cheese.
5. Divide the dough into equal balls. Roll each one out thinly, put the cheese inside, and roll up the sides. Roll out slightly on top to make a round shape.
6. Fry the khachapuri in a frying pan on both sides.
