To make hearty , dietary and budget-friendly cutlets, you should use liver. This meat is inexpensive and fries quickly enough. The dish is very flavorful and nutritious. To make sure that the mass keeps its shape well, you should grind all the ingredients with a blender. You can also add a mixture of semolina and oatmeal instead of regular flour.

Ingredients:

  • chicken liver - 500 g
  • carrots - 1 pc
  • onion - 1 pc
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • oatmeal - 3 tbsp
  • semolina - 2 tbsp

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the onions and carrots.

2. Kill in a blender with the liver.

3. Add eggs, spices, oatmeal and semolina.

4. Fry in a little oil.
