For sterilization you will need:
- baking soda
- clean new sponge
- jars

Sterilization technology:
1. First, sprinkle baking soda on a sponge and thoroughly wipe each jar with a lid.
2. Rinse the jars thoroughly under cold running water.

3. Turn the jars upside down and put them in the oven. Put the lids on as well.
4. Heat the jars and lids at 100 degrees for about 20 minutes. After that, you can immediately pour everything you need into them.
