How to quickly salt red fish: share the best marinade recipe
Red salted fish is an ideal ingredient for making delicious and healthy sandwiches. It is best to salt the fish yourself at home, with spices and lemon, because this is the only way you can be sure of its safety.
On Instagram, cook Kateryna Mull shared a recipe for a delicious and simple marinade for red fish, which will be ready in 12 hours.
Ingredients:
- salt – 3 tbsp.
- sugar – 1 tsp.
- lemon juice – 1 tsp.
- rum or any other alcohol – 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the salt with sugar.
2. Roll the fish in this mixture, put it in a glass container, and pour rum and lemon juice on top. Put in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
3. After 12 hours, drain all the liquid and place the fish on paper towels.
You can make sandwiches and salads from the finished fish!
