How to quickly prepare homemade bread in the oven: fragrant as from a woodstove
Bread is the most popular product that is very easy to make at home: in a frying pan, a microwave, a bread machine, and oven. The main thing is to knead the dough correctly, which is considered to be successful if it has yeast and milk.
Food blogger Yulia Symonchuk, known as cook_julia_simonchuk, shared a recipe for homemade bread in the oven on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- warm milk - 300 ml
- dry yeast - 11 g
- salt - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- butter (or vegetable oil) - 2 tbsp.
- flour - 500 g
- egg (for greasing)
- poppy and sesame seeds
Method of preparation:
1. Combine yeast, butter, salt, and sugar in warm milk.
2. Gradually add flour while kneading. Knead the dough well but do not overfill it with flour. Leave the dough in a warm place until it doubles in volume.
3. Divide the finished dough into 7 parts and form the bread into the desired shape. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise.
4. Before baking, brush the bread with egg, and sprinkle with poppy and sesame seeds.
5. Bake at 160 degrees until golden brown.
