Bread is the most popular product that is very easy to make at home: in a frying pan, microwave, bread machine, and oven. The main thing is to knead the dough correctly, which is considered to be successful if it is yeast and milk.

Food blogger Yulia Simonchuk, known as cook_julia_simonchuk , shared a recipe for homemade bread in the oven on her Instagram page.

  • warm milk - 300 ml
  • dry yeast - 11 g
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • butter (or vegetable oil) - 2 tbsp.
  • flour - 500 g
  • egg (for greasing)
  • poppy seeds, sesame seeds

Method of preparation:

1. Combine yeast, butter, salt, sugar in warm milk.

2. Gradually add flour while kneading. Knead the dough well, but do not overfill it with flour. Leave the dough in a warm place until it doubles in volume.

3. Divide the finished dough into 7 parts and form the bread into the desired shape. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise.

4. Before baking, brush the bread with egg, sprinkle with poppy seeds and sesame seeds.
