For the dough:
- dry yeast – 5 g
- butter – 40 g
- sugar – 1 tbsp.
- warm water – 175 ml
- flour – 350 g
- butter – 2 tbsp
- salt – a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Combine yeast, sugar and water. Stir well.
2. Add melted butter, but not hot.
3. Gradually add flour, salt and oil. Leave the dough for 1 hour.
4. Divide the dough into equal pieces. Leave to rise for another 20-30 minutes.
5. Roll out each piece of dough into a thin layer. Randomly make punctures with a fork.
6. Bake for 13-15 minutes at 180 C.
