How to prepare homemade mayonnaise properly to make it thick: the best technology

Homemade mayonnaise can never be compared to store-bought. But very often the sauce turns out to be too runny even if you add all the ingredients correctly. This is because the consistency depends on how you whip the ingredients.
The idea of making a quick homemade mayonnaise was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Victoria with the nickname kelbas_v. You only need 5 ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 180 g of oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp of mustard
- 0.5 tsp. vinegar or 1 tsp. lemon juice (stored longer with vinegar)
- salt, pepper, curry - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Add all the ingredients to oil.
2. Immerse the blender to the very bottom of the bowl.
3. Turn on the blender at high speed, but do not move it.
4. When the mayonnaise is halfway done, you can move the blender along the bottom of the bowl.
5. When there is very little oil left, actively mix everything with a blender.
6. This mayonnaise can be stored for 3-4 days in the refrigerator
