Ingredients:
- pink radish - 3 pcs.
- boiled water - 0.5 ml.
- sugar - 160 g
- salt - 1 tbsp.
- apple cider vinegar - 250 ml.
- chili pepper - a few slices
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the radish into slices (half rings).
2. Pour water into a bowl for the marinade.
3. Add sugar and salt.
4. Pour in the apple cider vinegar.
5. Add the hot pepper slices.
6. Mix everything - the marinade is ready.
7. Put the radish in a jar.
8. Pour over the marinade.
