How to peel a lot of young potatoes in 3 minutes: an easy method

Food blogger Nadiia Fomenko(mama_moze_tato_dopomoze) shared a simple way on her Instagram page that will help you peel a lot of new potatoes in just 3-4 minutes.
To use this life hack, you will need:

- young potatoes
- salt
- water
Technology:
1. First, take a net or any rag and make a so-called bag.
2. Put the potatoes in the bag, add a handful of salt and pour a little water (100 ml). Close the bag.
3. Gather the ends of the bag and hold them with one hand while mashing the potatoes with the other. Do this for 3-4 minutes.
4. After that, wash the potatoes well in water and you can start cooking.

Ingredients:
- new potatoes
- salt, pepper, paprika, dry garlic
- hard cheese
- green onions
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the potatoes into slices (if you are cooking with old potatoes, it is better to boil them until half cooked).
2. Mix the potatoes with all the spices.
3. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, sprinkle grated cheese on the bottom, sprinkle with green onions if desired. Put the potatoes on top.
4. Bake at 190 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
