The main advantage of this dough is that it can become the basis for many products: savory and sweet pies, dumplings and dumplings, donuts and pizza. It can be fried or cooked in the oven.

  • milk - 500 ml
  • wheat flour - 5 tbsp.
  • sugar - 2 tbsp
  • salt - 0.5 tsp.
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
  • dry yeast - 11 g

Method of preparation:

1. Pour 4 cups of flour and yeast into a deep bowl.

2. Gradually pour in warm milk, add sugar, salt and vegetable oil. Stir.

3. Add the rest of the flour. Mix well.

4. Put the dough in a bag and put it in the refrigerator. You can cook with this dough in 2 hours.

This dough can also be stored in the refrigerator (up to 3 days) and frozen.
