How to make homemade three-ingredient noodles: a recipe

Homemade noodles are a fairly budget-friendly alternative to store-bought spaghetti or pasta. The most important thing is that you can make such noodles from just three basic and affordable ingredients - you always have them at home.
The recipe for homemade noodles was shared by food blogger Inna Levenets (inna_levenets) on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- wheat flour - 260 g
- salt - 1\2 tsp
- water - 140 ml
- olive oil - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the flour with salt.
2. Gradually add water and oil. For a deep pink color, add 50 ml of beetroot juice. Stir the dough for 5 minutes.
3. Form the dough into a ball, wrap it in cling film, and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
4. Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll out each into a thin layer, and cut into thin strips with a knife.
5. Put the strips on a baking sheet, sprinkle with flour, roll into nests, and leave to dry for a day.
6. Boil the finished noodles or put them in a jar.
Important: you can store such noodles for no more than a week.
