How to make homemade sausages: they turn out healthy

Sausages can be quite nutritious and healthy if you make them yourself. This dish can be eaten even if you are watching your figure because it is based on dietary chicken meat. Choose the filling to your liking.
The idea of making diet sausage rolls was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Alex Mil (mil_alexx).
Ingredients:
- 400-450 g of ground sirloin
- salt, pepper, suneli hops, smoked paprika
- 5 ml of oil
Variants of fillings:
- 2 boiled eggs + 25 g of hard cheese
- 100 g of fried mushrooms + 25 g of hard cheese
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the minced meat with salt, pepper, and suneli hops.
2. Put the minced meat on a parchment moistened with water. Spread the minced meat in the shape of a rectangle. Put the chosen filling in the center (a combination of boiled egg and cheese or cheese and fried mushrooms).
3. Roll up the parchment and press the sausages. With wet hands, you can adjust the tips to make the sausages tight.
4. Mix the smoked paprika and oil and use the bone to grease the sausage. Roll the parchment tightly on both sides in the form of a "candy".
5. Pour water into the frying pan, heat it up, and add the sausages. Cook for 15 minutes under a closed lid. Turn it over once.
