Homemade cottage cheese is an extremely valuable product in terms of cooking. And to be sure of the quality of such a product, the best option would be to make it by yourself at home. All you need is one simple ingredient.

Ingredients:
- yogurt without filler – 750 g
Method of preparation:
1. Pour the yogurt into a saucepan and put it on the fire.
2. Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. Whey will begin to release.
3. Remove from heat and drain the cheese on cheesecloth or cloth.

Ingredients:
- milk – 550 ml
- eggs – 3 pcs.
- dark chocolate – 100 g
- powdered sugar – 3 tbsp
- salt – a pinch
- oil 50 ml
- flour – 200 g
Ingredients for the filling:
- cottage cheese – 800 g
- sour cream – 3 tbsp
- sugar
- vanilla
Additional ingredients:
- raisins
- raspberry jam
- butter
Method of preparation:
1. Add the chocolate to 250 ml of hot milk, and stir until dissolved.
2. Pour 300 ml of cold milk, and eggs, then add powdered sugar and butter. Stir to combine.
3. Add a pinch of salt and flour in portions. Mix until smooth.
4. Fry the pancakes.
5.. For the filling, beat all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
6. Grease the chocolate pancakes with the filling, put raisins, and roll them up.
7. Before serving, lightly fry in butter, and pour over jam.
