Method of preparation:
1. First, peel and cut the carrots: slices or dice.
2. Place carrots in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment.
3. Pour vegetable oil over the carrots and sprinkle with all the necessary spices. Stir with your hands.
4. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes. Done!

Method of preparation:
1. Pour boiling water over carrots and boil for 2-3 minutes.
2. Melt in a pan and olive oil.
3. Add the carrots to the pan. Add salt, pepper, and paprika at the same time. Cook over high heat.
4. After the carrots are well-toasted, add the honey. Cook for another 1 minute.
