The recipe for quick cupcakes was shared by a food blogger with the nickname tomka_recepti. On Instagram, she shared all the details of their preparation, as well as how much chocolate should be added to make them as tasty as possible.
Ingredients
- Egg - 1 pc
- Sugar - 150 gr
- Milk - 100 ml
- Oil - 50 ml
- Flour - 200 gr
- Cocoa - 20 gr
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
- Soda - ½ tsp
- Boiling water - 130 ml
The way of preparation
1.Combine the egg with sugar and mix.
2. Add milk and oil. Mix again.
3. Add flour, cocoa, baking soda and baking powder. Mix well.
4. Add boiling water to the mixture. Stir the mixture.
5. Pour the cupcakes into molds and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
