How to make crispy cookies: the simplest technology
Homemade biscuits are wonderful flavorful pastries that go well with tea or milk. They are especially delicious with jam. But to make this dessert crispy and bake well, the dough should be made with sour cream.
The idea of making sour cream cookies was published on the Instagram page of blogger Inna Shumak (shumak_inna).
Ingredients:
- flour–- 300 g
- sour cream – 150 g
- sugar – 100 g
- butter – 100 g
- baking powder – 1 tsp.
- salt – 0.5 tsp.
- sesame seeds, powdered sugar, sugar for sprinkling – optional
Method of preparation:
1. Add sugar, sour cream, softened butter, baking powder, and salt to the flour.
2. Knead the dough.
3. Put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
4. Roll out a layer 1 cm thick.
5. Cut the dough into shapes or shape it by hand.
6. Sprinkle with flour to prevent the dough from sticking to your hands.
7. I sprinkled sesame seeds on top.
8. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees until golden brown.
