The key to a delicious homemade pizza is a good dough. The most successful option is the dough on dry or pressed yeast. It makes the pizza itself soft and fluffy, and the sides crispy.

  • flour - 370 g
  • warm water - 210 ml
  • dry yeast - 11 g or fresh - 30 g
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • sugar - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1\2 tsp.


  • tomato paste - 150-200 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • spices: oregano, salt, pepper, paprika

The filling:

  • grated hard cheese
  • mozzarella
  • cream cheese
  • cherry tomatoes
  • parmesan

Method of preparation:

1. First, prepare the dough. To do this, dissolve the yeast in warm water, adding sugar, salt and flour. Knead the dough and add olive oil. When the dough is ready, cover it with a towel and put it in a warm place or in the oven at a minimum temperature for 30 minutes.

2. Divide the dough into 2 parts and form a pizza. There is no need to roll out the dough.

3. Then prepare the sauce. To do this, chop and fry the onion until golden brown.

4. Then add tomato paste, a little water, grated garlic and spices to the onion. Let the sauce simmer for about 5-7 minutes.

5. Next, prepare the ingredients for the toppings.

6. Then put the sauce and filling on the dough. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 12-20 minutes.
