How to make a flavorful cherry sauce: perfect with meat

Cherries are not only an ingredient for jams, baked goods and desserts. From berries you can make a flavorful sauce that will go perfectly with meat.
Food blogger Xenia with the nickname ksy.gapin on her Instagram page shared a recipe for cherry sauce that will go perfectly with meat.
Ingredients:
- cherries - 3 kg
- sugar - 500 g
- salt - 2 tbsp.
- khmeli suneli - 1 tbsp.
- curry - 1 tbsp.
- basil - 1 tbsp.
- paprika - 1 tbsp.
- garlic - 2 heads
Method of preparation:
1. First, the cherries need to be washed and peeled from the pits. Transfer to a saucepan, put on the fire and boil for 30 minutes.
2. After that, boiled cherries should be whipped with a blender until homogeneous.
3. To the resulting mass add sugar, salt, khmeli suneli, curry, basil, paprika. Stir and cook for 10 minutes.
4. Chop the garlic and add to the sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Spoon the sauce into dry sterile jars. Seal tightly with lids. Done!
