How to make a cake in a skillet: an idea for an elementary dessert

To make a delicious dessert, you don't always need to turn on the oven. Even a frying pan will do. It's much faster and easier than traditional baking.
The idea of making a cake in a frying pan was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olha Bilous (bilous_olha). The cakes are made with condensed milk, so they are very tender.
Ingredients for the cream:
- 2 eggs
- 300 g of sugar
- 700 ml of milk
- 180 g of butter
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
- 5 tablespoons of flour without a slide
Ingredients for the cakes:
- 1 egg
- 300 ml of condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 400 g of flour
Method of preparation:
1. First, make the cream so that it has time to cool.
2. Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar. Just lightly to mix.
3. . Add the flour. Mix until smooth.
4. . Pour in the milk and mix. With this sequence, there will be no lumps.
5. Put on a fire above medium and stir constantly.
6. When the cream becomes thick, add the butter, stir, turn off the stove and set aside. Cover with cling film to prevent a crust from forming.
Method of cooking cakes:
1. Break the egg, add condensed milk and baking powder, mix.
2. Sift the flour. Knead the dough.
Form the cake:
1. Roll out thin cakes. The larger the diameter, the smaller they will be. Take the frying pan you will be frying in and try on a plate to fit it. This way you can cut the cakes to fit into your pan.
2. Cut out the patties (cover with a plate and cut with a knife).
3. Fry first on one side, and when the edges become lighter, turn them over to the other side.
4. If the cakes are uneven, you can trim them to fit the flattest cake or plate.
5. The cakes are fried very quickly.
6. Lay them out separately so that they do not stick together.
7. Spread the chilled cakes with the chilled cream. Put a lot of cream. The cakes absorb it well.
8. Sprinkle with nuts with crumbs from scraps or cookies.
