How to make a Broken Glass cake if you don't have an oven: an easy recipe
"Broken Glass is a cake that is familiar to everyone. In recent years, it has also been made in the form of desserts in portioned glasses.
A food blogger with the nickname zhuravlina_cooking showed how to make this wonderful dessert without using an oven. She posted the recipe on Instagram.

Ingredients
- Jelly of four colors + 250 g of hot water
- Instant gelatin - 25 grams + 100 ml of water
- Sour cream from 20% - 600 gr
- Powdered sugar - 150 gr
- Vanilla sugar - 10 gr
- Shortbread cookies - 1 pack
The method of preparation
1. Pour hot water over the jelly of different colors, stir and put in the refrigerator until it is completely set.

2. Pour gelatin with water and leave to swell.
3. Mix sour cream with powdered sugar, add vanilla sugar and mix with a mixer.

4. Add the melted gelatin and mix again until smooth.
5. Cover the bottom of the split mold with parchment.
6. Put a layer of shortbread cookies.

7. Cover the cookies with a layer of sour cream.
8. Cut the jelly into pieces of arbitrary size and put them on the cream.
9. Alternate the layers so that the last layer is the cream layer.
10. Garnish with the remaining jelly if desired.

11. Put it in the fridge until it is completely frozen, or better overnight.
