How to fry cottage cheese doughnuts: they turn out puffy and non-fatty

Ingredients:
- 550 g of cottage cheese
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp of baking powder
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp of sifted flour (the amount of flour depends on the moisture content of the cottage cheese)
- Optionally, you can add a teaspoon of salt and 3 tbsp of sugar
Method of preparation:
1. Prepare the dough (it will be sticky - this is normal) and immediately form all the donuts. This will make the process easier and faster.
2. If the cottage cheese is wet, you may need a little more flour.4
3. The donuts should be about 3 cm in diameter.
4. It is very tasty if you put a cherry in the middle in its own juice.
5. Form the donuts with oiled hands. Do not use flour when forming, as it will burn during frying.
6. Choose a pan with a thick bottom. Pour just a little oil.
7. Fry each batch for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
8. When the donuts have cooled, sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
