How to cook delicious eggs for breakfast: we share an original recipe
Eggs are a hearty, tasty, and healthy breakfast option. They can be boiled, fried, and even baked, topped with vegetables, cheese, herbs, and your favorite savory spices.
Food blogger Victoria Tomenko (viktoriya.tomenko) shared a recipe for baked eggs in the oven with vegetables and cheese on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- eggs
- tomatoes
- blue onions
- sweet pepper
- leeks
- hard cheese
Method of preparation:
1. First, prepare all the vegetables: cut the tomatoes into quarters, chop the blue onions, cut the leeks into rings, dice the peppers and cheese.
2. Pour oil into a baking dish. Then put the tomatoes, break the eggs, add onions, peppers, leeks, and hard cheese.
3. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. The cheese should melt. Enjoy your meal!
