How to cook spinach for a snack: a simple dish in 15 minutes

Spinach is a very healthy green that contains nutrients and vitamins. It can be added to salad, pancakes, rolls, and cream soup. In addition, this product is often stewed with vegetables, mushrooms, cheese, and even nuts. It turns out to be very tasty, dietary and budget-friendly.
Food blogger Oksana Kretsul (oksana_kretsul) shared a recipe for stewed spinach with mushrooms and nuts on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- spinach (dry or frozen) - 300 g
- onion - 1 pc
- mushrooms - 100 g
- olive oil - 2 tsp.
- walnuts - 20 g
- bread - 1 piece (30 g)
- goat soft cheese or feta cheese - 20 g
Method of preparation:
1. First, chop the onions and mushrooms.
3. Fry the onions first for 1 minute, then add the mushrooms. Fry until the onions are translucent.
3. Next, add the spinach. Simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, chop the nuts. Add them to the total mass and mix. At this stage, you can remove the dish from the heat.
5. Serve spinach with cheese and bread. Enjoy your meal!
