It would seem that cooking pasta is one of the easiest tasks. However, many people have problems with this dish as it boils over and gets sticky.
That's why FoodOboz editorial team will tell you how to cook pasta properly to make it delicious.
To ensure that the pasta is crumbly and does not get sticky during cooking, cook it in a pot with a thick bottom and wide walls.
You should also add a little more water than the specified amount, namely 1 liter per 100 g of pasta.
Salt and butter should be used too.
Step-by-step instructions for cooking pasta:
1. Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Add a pinch of salt.
3. Add pasta to the boiling water. After the water boils again, reduce the heat slightly.
4. Do not cover the pot with a lid to prevent the water from boiling over.
5. Stir the pasta several times before boiling.
6. After boiling, cook small pasta for 6 minutes, and large pasta for 8-9 minutes.
7. Drain the cooked pasta with a colander and rinse with warm tap water.
8. Do not rinse the pasta with cold water as it may get sticky due to the temperature difference.
9. Next, put the pasta in a saucepan, add a piece of soft butter and mix well so that the butter is distributed evenly.
10. Reheated pasta will not be very tasty, so you should prepare a portion that can be eaten immediately.
