Oatmeal is a very healthy, tasty, and quick-to-prepare cereal that is ideal for breakfast. Despite all of its beneficial properties, children often refuse to eat it, but this can be easily remedied by preparing oatmeal with yogurt, hard or cottage cheese, and fruit.

One of the culinary blogs (moireceptuforeva) on Instagram shared a recipe for a delicious and healthy oatmeal with hard cheese and spinach that children will definitely like.

Recipe for oatmeal with cheese and spinach for children

Ingredients:

  • oatmeal - 2.5 tbsp.
  • water - 5 tbsp (part can be replaced with milk)
  • hard cheese - 10 g
  • spinach

Method of preparation:

1. Pour water over the cereal, add milk, and put on the fire. Cook over low heat until tender. If it is too thick, add a little water.

2. Chop the spinach and grate the cheese.
