One of the culinary blogs (moireceptuforeva) on Instagram shared a recipe for a delicious and healthy oatmeal with hard cheese and spinach that children will definitely like.
Ingredients:
- oatmeal - 2.5 tbsp.
- water - 5 tbsp (part can be replaced with milk)
- hard cheese - 10 g
- spinach
Method of preparation:
1. Pour water over the cereal, add milk, and put on the fire. Cook over low heat until tender. If it is too thick, add a little water.
2. Chop the spinach and grate the cheese.
3. Add cottage cheese and spinach to the prepared porridge. Stir and serve.
