  • oatmeal - 1 cup
  • chia - 2 tbsp
  • vegetable milk - 1/2 cup
  • salt - a pinch
  • ripe pears - 2 pcs
  • vegan butter/margarine - 1/2 tbsp
  • maple syrup or agave syrup - 1 tbsp
  • miso paste (light) - 1 tsp
  • pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds
  • vegetable yogurt

Method of preparation:

1. Pour milk over raw oatmeal and chia.

2. Add salt. Put in the refrigerator overnight.

3. Prepare the pear: cut it into pieces, remove the core.

4. Melt the butter or margarine in a saucepan, add the syrup and miso paste, stir and add the pear slices.

5. Boil the pears over very low heat for a few minutes.

6. Turn it over periodically. When the pear is caramelized, remove the saucepan from the heat.

7. Take the oatmeal out of the fridge, put the pear on top, add yogurt, sprinkle with pumpkins and sunflower seeds.
