How to cook juicy chicken thighs: a quick recipe

Thighs are a very meaty part of the chicken carcass. Therefore, they are ideal for baking. To make them juicy and crispy, you should prepare a marinade, sauce, and add vegetables.
The idea of cooking juicy chicken thighs with vegetables was published on the TikTok page of a food blogger with the nickname "Lvivska Pani" (lvivska.pani).
Ingredients:
- 5 chicken thighs (900 g)
- salt
- black pepper
- seasoning "Italian herbs"
- potatoes – 4 large pieces
- onion – 1 pc.
- carrot – 1 pc.
- oil
- butter – 50 g
- parsley and dill – a bunch
- garlic – 4 large cloves
Ingredients for the sauce:
- honey – 80 ml
- soy sauce – 5 tbsp.
- ketchup – 3 tbsp.
- mustard – 1 tbsp.
- juice of half a lemon
Method of preparation:
1. Add salt, pepper, and Italian herbs to the thighs.
2. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Cut the potatoes into random pieces of medium size.
4. Heat a frying pan with oil and butter.
5. Fry the thighs.
6. Fry the onion in the same pan.
7. Add onions and carrots to the same pan and fry until tender.
8. Add the herbs and garlic.
9. Make the sauce: put honey in a dry frying pan.
10. Pour in soy sauce and ketchup.
11. Add mustard and squeeze lemon juice.
12. Fry until smooth.
13. Put the meat and vegetables in a baking dish or a special frying pan.
14. Pour the prepared sauce over the top.
15. Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
