Ingredients for apples:
- butter - 30 g
- apples - 2-3 pcs.
- cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Peel and dice the apples.
2. Fry with cinnamon in butter until soft.
3. If the apples are sweet, you can leave out the sugar, but use it for sour ones.
Ingredients for the dough:
- eggs - 1 pc.
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- kefir - 300 g
- flour - 230-240 g
- baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
Method of making the dough:
1. Mix eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.
2. Add kefir and apples and mix.
3. Add the sifted flour and baking powder and mix.
4. The dough should have the consistency of thick sour cream.
5. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
