Ingredients:
- cauliflower - 1/2 pc.
- bell pepper - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- garlic - 3 cloves
- chili pepper
Ingredients for the batter:
- flour - 150 g
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water
Ingredients for the sauce:
- soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- sugar - 1/2 tbsp
- white wine - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. For the batter, mix flour, salt and water. You should get the consistency of sour cream.
2. Divide cauliflower into florets and dip each one in the batter.
3. Fry on each side and place on a paper towel.
4. Dice onion, garlic and bell pepper and fry until golden brown, adding chili.
5. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and pour in.
6. After 30 seconds, add the cabbage and mix well.
