Perfectly cooked pilaf is crumbly, does not stick together, and is very flavorful. You can cook it in a pot or in a frying pan. But there is an even simpler alternative - pilaf in a sleeve in the oven. All you need to do is add all the necessary ingredients and not miscalculate the proportions of water.
Food blogger Victoria Didus shared a recipe for pork pilaf in a sleeve on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- rice - 300 g
- pork - 300 g
- carrots - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- raisins - 60 g
- spices (to taste)
- oil - 2-3 tbsp. l
- water - 450-500 ml
Method of preparation:
1. To begin, prepare some ingredients: meat, onions and carrots clean and cut into cubes.
2. Rinse the rice.
3. Put rice, meat, onions, carrots, raisins and spices in the prepared baking sleeve.
4. Pour the oil and water. Tie the sleeve tightly.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 1 hour. Periodically, you need to turn the sleeve over.
