How to cook cauliflower in Korean style: a recipe for the most delicious marinade

Many people refuse to eat cauliflower because the product often has a specific odor and can lose its texture. But with proper preparation, this can be easily remedied by cooking cauliflower in the Korean style: with carrots and a delicious marinade. It turns out to be an unrealistically tasty appetizer for both everyday and festive tables.
Food blogger Maryna Novikova (marisha_recepti) shared a Korean cauliflower recipe on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- cauliflower – 600 g
- carrots – 2 pcs.
- garlic – 3 cloves
- coriander – 2 tsp.
- paprika – 1 tsp.
- black pepper – 1 tsp.
Marinade:
- water – 1 liter
- vinegar 9% – 100 ml
- sugar – 1 tbsp.
- salt – 2 tbsp.
- vegetable oil – 50 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Divide the cabbage into florets.
2. Boil the florets in boiling water for about 4-5 minutes.
3. Grate the carrots on a Korean carrot grater.
4. Cut the garlic into rings.
5. Mix the cooked cabbage with carrots, garlic and spices.
6. Mix the necessary ingredients for the marinade and pour it over the cabbage.
7. Leave the cabbage in the marinade in the refrigerator for 1 night.
