How to cook cauliflower deliciously: you need beer

Cauliflower is a healthy and nutritious vegetable that can be used to prepare a wide variety of dishes. One of the easiest is to simply fry it in batter. For a richer flavor, add regular beer. The batter will be very fluffy and tender.

Ingredients:
- cauliflower - 1 small head of cabbage
- beer - 100 ml
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- flour - 100 g
- paprika
- salt - to taste
- vegetable oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the cauliflower. If necessary, remove the black areas. Cut into small florets along the legs.
2. Put them in a saucepan. Cover with hot water. Cook for 5-8 minutes. The cauliflower should be al dente.
3. Drain the cauliflower in a colander. While it is cooling, prepare the beer batter: beat the eggs with a fork and a pinch of salt. Stir the mixture until smooth. Add your favorite spices.
4. For a beautiful batter color, you can add turmeric or curry, then it will acquire a light yellow hue, or paprika, which will make the batter more golden.
5. Add the flour last. It is advisable to add it in small portions, stirring constantly to avoid large lumps.
6. The finished batter is thinner than pancake batter. Dip the cooked cauliflower florets into the batter bowl. Dip each "branch" in the beer batter on all sides.
7. Place on a hot frying pan with oil. After the bottom of the cabbage is fried, turn it over with a spatula to the other side. Then fry on the side.
8. Put on paper towels or a towel to remove the remaining oil.
