  • minced pork and beef

  • garlic
  • bulgur
  • salt, pepper, vegetable seasoning
  • dry broth (optional)
  • cabbage

  • water\broth
  • salt, pepper, sugar, vegetable seasoning
  • leeks
  • garlic

How to cook:

1. To prepare the filling, chop the onion, and grate the carrots. Fry the vegetables until soft and golden.

2. Boil bulgur in advance. When ready, mix it with minced meat, roast and garlic, passed through a press. Add salt, pepper, vegetable seasoning, and dry broth if desired. Mix well.

3. Boil the cabbage leaves, cool slightly, and cut into pieces.

4. Form the cabbage rolls and put them in a frying pan or cauldron.

5. To prepare the sauce, dilute the tomato paste with water or broth, add salt, pepper, sugar and seasoning.

6. Chop the leeks and garlic. Fry the vegetables until soft and add the tomato pieces. Cook for a few minutes.
