Buckwheat cutlets or buckwheat pancakes are very helpful if you don't have minced meat or meat at home. This dish is not much different from the classic cutlets, and it is also much easier to prepare. Buckwheat cutlets are not greasy, dietary, and at the same time very satisfying.

Ingredients:
- boiled buckwheat – 300 g
- eggs – 3 pcs.
- carrots -–2 pcs.
- onion – 2 pcs.
- garlic – 3 cloves
- salt, pepper
- breadcrumbs
Method of preparation:
1. Pre-boil the buckwheat.
2. Chop the onion and grate the carrots. Fry the vegetables and mix with buckwheat.
3. Add salt, pepper, eggs. Grate the garlic. Stir the mixture.
4. Form cutlets, roll in breadcrumbs and fry.
