How to cook barbecue ribs: an idea from the chef

Springtime is the perfect time for a barbecue. Therefore, it is ideal to stock up on pork ribs and cook them as soon as possible. To make the dish juicy and flavorful, you should use a very simple and tasty marinade.
The idea of cooking barbecued ribs was shared by a Ukrainian chef from Odesa Valerii Ponomar (ponomar_valerii) on his Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- pork ribs – 2 kg
- black pepper – 1 tbsp
- salt – 1 tbsp
- dried garlic – 1 tbsp
- barbecue sauce – 2 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Rub the ribs with a mixture of spices and sauce.
2. Immediately after that, start cooking, because the spices reveal their flavor in the process.
3. This cooking option is suitable for smoking to get a smoky ring.
4. Keep the temperature at 100-120 degrees.
5. In the first step, add dry fruit wood. They do not need to be soaked so there is no bitterness.
6. After applying the barbecue sauce, you need to be very careful not to burn.
7. This option is suitable for cooking in the oven at 140-160 degrees for 1 hour and 2 hours in foil. Only without smoking, after applying the sauce, and until the crust is obtained.
