Cook Yevheniia shared on Instagram a recipe for marinade and breading that will make the meat crispy on the outside and the successful marinade juicy on the inside.
Ingredients:
- chicken drumsticks
- tomato sauce
- salt pepper
- dry garlic
- paprika
- flour
- eggs
- sugar-free corn flakes
Method of preparation:
1. Sauce: mix tomato sauce with spices, garlic, paprika.
2. Wash the drumsticks, dry them, and put them in the marinade, leave them to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. After the drumsticks with this tomato sauce, roll them in flour, then in an egg, then in crushed cornflakes, put them on a baking sheet, and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 C.
