How to bake potatoes in a delicious and unusual way: with sour cream, cheese and herbs

Baked potatoes are a versatile dish for any occasion. It tastes especially good right now, because the harvest has just been harvested. Therefore, such a juicy and tasty vegetable should be cooked using a special technology - in sauce.
The idea of cooking a delicious baked potato was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anastasia (anny.cooking).
Ingredients:
- small/medium/small potatoes
- butter
- for sour cream sauce: 2-3 tbsp. thick sour cream, 1 tbsp. cream cheese (like Philadelphia, but you can omit it if the sour cream is thick), 1/3 tsp. salt, dill, 1/2 tsp. paprika
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the potatoes into thin slices without cutting to the end.
2. Bake under foil for 30-40 minutes at 200 °C.
3. Turn on the convection mode and bake for another 30 minutes until golden brown. Depending on the oven, the potatoes may cook faster or slower, so check your oven.
4. Combine all the ingredients for the sour cream sauce.
5. Serve the potatoes with the sauce or the sauce separately.
