- salt
- sour cream - 4 tbsp

- paprika - 0.5 tsp.

Method of preparation:
1. Wash cauliflower (you can soak it for 15 minutes in water), cut the head off so that the cabbage can stand.
2. Pour water into a saucepan, add salt and cook the cabbage for 6-7 minutes.
