How to bake a delicious sweet potato with a crust: for a snack and for any side dish
Sweet potatoes are a healthy and tasty vegetable that can be boiled, fried, or baked. It goes well with vegetables, fish, chicken, mushrooms, cheese, and simple spices. It can be eaten as a snack or served with side dishes.

Ingredients:
- sweet potato - 1 pc
- garlic - 2 cloves
- olive oil - 2 tbsp
- melted butter - 2 tbsp
- parsley - 2 tbsp
- pepper, salt
Method of preparation:
1. First, wash and chop the sweet potatoes, boil them in boiling salted water. Cook for 10-15 minutes, it all depends on the thickness of the cut, but the vegetable should be soft (you can check it with a knife).

2. Put the boiled sweet potatoes on a baking sheet.
3. For the dressing, mix the melted butter, chopped garlic and herbs, add spices.

4. Brush each piece of sweet potato with the resulting dressing and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
