How not to spoil beef and make it juicy: we share the cooking technology

Beef is a very tender, juicy, and soft meat. And it is very easy to spoil it during cooking by high temperature and long frying. It is enough to simply stew the product with vegetables – this dish will be the perfect addition to mashed potatoes.

Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg of beef
- 2 carrots
- 2 stalks of celery
- 2 onions
- 1 bell pepper
- a head of garlic
- 300 ml of red wine
- 200 g of tomato paste
Method of preparation:
1. Salt and pepper the meat to taste and set aside in a cold place for an hour.
2. Fry the meat on all sides in a well-heated frying pan until golden brown.
3. Cut the vegetables into large pieces.
4. Pour oil into the pan, add vegetables, salt, pepper and start frying them.
5. After 7-8 minutes, add the tomato paste and stew the vegetables in it.
6. Pour the wine, put the meat, add water (or meat broth) to cover the meat. Add salt to taste and simmer for at least 3-4 hours over low heat.
7. Ideally, when the meat is ready, strain the broth, add a piece of butter, and serve with mashed potatoes.
